The Executive Chairman of Somolu local government, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’ has congratulated the Christian faithful on the occasion of the Xmas celebration.

Mr. Koseleri as fondly called by his loyalists and other members of the party in his yuletide statement through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Oseni Owolabi Ajimuiya described the occasion as a moment of love, Joy, and happiness that heralded the birth of Jesus Christ at the Bethlehem bringing people together to celebrate in oneness.

“I want to make a passionate appeal to Somolu, Lagosians, and Nigerians at large to celebrate in love and peace with one another and as well keep hope alive that things will get better.”

Meanwhile, the Lagos State House of Assembly Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Somolu Constituency 01, Hon. Abiodun Orekoya in his message felicitated with Christians in Somolu, Lagos, and Nigeria on the auspicious 2022 Christmas festival.

Hon. Abiodun, in a “Special Thank You” message, issued by his ICG Director General, Hon.’Bowale Sosimi, on Sunday, expressed gratitude to God for keeping Somolu and her people together and alive all through the year 2020.

He also thanked the entire Somolu constituents for their fervent prayers, urging them to use the Christmas season to appreciate God’s grace and seek more of His blessings.

Orekoya said, “We thank the Almighty God for sparing our lives to see this year’s Christmas. Let’s imbibe all the teachings that come with the Christmas season.

“I want to encourage you all to keep this spirit alive till 2023 and let’s remain stronger and together as we have always been with love.

“On this auspicious season, I want to wish you all a happy celebration and prosperous Christmas and New Year in advance,” he added.
