The Executive Chairman, Hon. Ramotalai Akinlola Hassan took up the proceedings by welcoming the invited stakeholders while craving indulgence for coming late.
She called on the stakeholders/residents and demanded that the occupants of the chanties along the ongoing construction roadsides should be informed to remove so as to give way for ease flowing of drains or passage of water.
She also said that the project had been awarded to more than three(3) contractors, personally she presumed that there was a demonic impeding element on the road.
However, she retreated the purpose of the meeting is because of the chanties and to deliberate further on their observation on the ongoing project and what needs to be done.
According to Me Ayinla A. I. R, vice chairman, Nitel estate, said he appreciated the good work done so far by the Hon. Ramotalai led administration, he emphasized on the good drainage system that would ease free flow of water to Eta Oko canal, he also spoke on the collapsed culvert at NNPC junction.
While speaking on behalf of other members of estate praise the council Mayoress for the job done so far pledge support for her second term bid.
Attendance from the estate stakeholders includes Chief Ojula Ojeanelo, Dr Dele Olayiwola, Mr Nnamani Obinna, Mr S.K. Omosanya, Prince D. I Aroloye, Mr Gozie Aniemeka, Pastor S. O Alimi, Mr Adeniyi Olayinka.
