Somolu Chairman embraces Hon. Dullar, Bagostowe others

The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Lateef Ashimi, recently humbly embraced the presence of his predecessors among others, who engulfed the Senator Oluremi Tinubu Adminstrative Building to pay him courtesy visit.

Chairman Ashimi alongside the Vice Chairman, Hon. Taiwo Ojomu, were glad to receive the Immediate Past Executive Chairman, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu (Dullar), Former Chairman, Hon. Olorogun Gbolahan Bagostowe, including Key Figures of the Management Staff, the 10th Somolu Legislative Arms, led by the Leader of the House, Hon. Tunde James Oyeyiola, and Erstwhile Lawmakers, SAs and SSAs.

In honour of his outstanding and dedicated service toward the well-being of the people, specifically on food price reduction as orchestrated during last tenure, Chairman Ashimi marked Hon. Salawu’s return with the presentation of special award, as obtained from Inspire Lagos Food Market on his behalf few days ago.

The courtesy visit of Hon. Salawu and his entourage was also extended to the Legislative Council along with the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Party Leaders, with a tour round the Councillors’ offices, a remarkable gesture of leadership extolled by many within the Local Government and the community at large.
