Somolu bubbles as telecom entrepreneur celebrate birthday anniversary amidst pomp and pageantry

The celebrant, Mrs. Mujidat Olowolaiyemo

Odunlami Street in the Somolu area of the state will not be forgotten in a hurry as one of the telecom entrepreneurs, Mrs. Mujidat Olowolayemo painted the street in colour in celebration of her birthday anniversary penultimate week.

The Oyo State-born business guru was a cynosure of all eyes as friends, family, and business associates stormed the venue of the event to wine and dine to her health with lots of food and drinks to go round.

Mrs. Olowolaiyemo who was radiating with a smile could not hide her joy as she was busy exchanging pleasantries with her guests who came from far and near to celebrate with her. The event saw different ‘Aso Ebi’ with different designs on display thereby making it a glamorous event.

Speaking to Somolu News shortly after the event, the celebrant described her existence as a favour from God and that she will always appreciate her creator for that opportunity.

She went further, “For me to have witnessed another year on this planet called ‘earth’, it’s not my making but Almighty Allah, and I will continue to praise Him for His benevolence. Many people who are better than me have all gone to the great beyond not because I’m perfect but for His glory and here I’m hale and healthy”. She stated

The celebrant did not hesitate to show her guests her dance step as she opened the floor with music being played to the admiration of the attendee who joined the ‘Birthday Girl’ to spray her money.

Olowolaiyemo in her closing remarks poured encomium on all the guests for their gifts, and prayers and for taking time out of their tight schedule to honour her invitation.

She, however, prayed to God to replenish their pocket in million folds.
