Right Activist and Afenifere Publicity Secretary, Yinka Odumakin is dead.

The National Publicity Secretary of the Yoruba socio-political Organisation, Afenifere Yinka Odumakin is dead.

According to a reliable source, the Yoruba activist died in Lagos State Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, some minutes ago and said to be COVID-19 complications.

Investigations revealed that the rights activist has been on a ventilator at a treatment center in Lagos.

He was reported to have had underlining conditions such as diabetes and lung-related issues while it was revealed that he had lung surgery before he was put on a ventilator.

He was a graduate of Political Science, Bachelor of Arts Degree and Literature.

Until his death, he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)of Kaphine Nigeria Limited. Yinka Odumakin died at the age of 59
