The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Mayoress Samiat Abolanle Bada, has congratulated Alhaja Shola Eletu on her emergence as the Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos State, at the just-concluded APC State Congress.
