Council chief wows labourers, staffs, drops his toga, joins production line as a machine operator

The Executive Chairman of Somolu local government, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’ won’t stop surprising his people as he dropped his toga to join other workers a few weeks ago at the new Somolu local government complex situated at Onafowokan Street, Somolu in the production of interlocking meant for the building project.

The council chief who arrived at the site as early as 9 a.m. in the company of some of his cabinet members and staff of the council did not waste any time in joining other workers in sorting, counting, and packing the interlocks that lasted for about 3 hours after which he took over as a machine operator that left many with mouth agape.

Some of the visitors who came to see him for one thing or the other could not but applauded his tenacity and exemplary leadership traits he exhibited stressing that he was such a fantastic personality and leader that deserves all the accolades that comes his way.

Even the ‘Area boys’ who oftentimes swim around him anytime he’s around at the new office complex couldn’t stop praising him for his quick understanding of the machine operation which he operated smartly.

Meanwhile, the Agba-Akin of Agboyi Kingdom, many believed must have done that to drive home his message that he’s not just a servant/leader but a strategic one with a penchant for supporting his subjects where and when necessary.

His singular action no doubt, has created a lasting impression in the mind of those who saw him in action that he’s truly what claimed to be as ‘Mr. Koseleri’.
