In recognition of his contributions to the Kingdom of God and humanity, the City-Bell Magazine has on Sunday 29th January 2023 bestowed on one of the respected Man of God in His Vineyard and the General Overseer of Sanctuary of Nations Assembly, Dr. Pastor Biodu Adeneye Marcus the Outstanding Christian Leadership Award.
The award which was honourably presented at its Headquarter in Somolu, Lagos by the Publisher of the topnotch Magazine, Prince Raphael Akindele in the presence of the congregation described the awardee as the noble man of God who deserves every accolade that comes his way.
“Sir, even though you’re my mentor and senior colleague in the media profession, I see you as an exemplary leader personified; a complete gentleman and committed man of God who’s been serving God sanctitiously.”
“And today, recognizing you is a result of your commitment to the work of God and humanity respectively.”
In his response, the veteran Journalist, Publisher, and author thanked the Publisher of the City-Bell Magazine for finding him worthy of such lofty and amazing recognition bestowed on him.
He added, “I’m highly elated that my colleague in the media industry discovered the talent that I have. When I was told that I was going to be bestowed upon an award, I thought it was going to be an award on media but he further explained that his organization has been monitoring my activities for some time now as a man of God, I had to surrender”.
“Meanwhile, I see this award as an impetus that’ll make me do more for God and humanity while enjoining Christians to never look back but rather continue to serve God wholeheartedly with the hope that things will get better for good.” He averred.
Present at the presentation of the prestigious award includes Pastor Folorunsho Fadahunsi, the former Managing Director of International Computer Limited (ICL) and author, Dr. Remi Folorunsho (FCE), Assistant Comptroller of Immigration, Chris Onajinrin, the wife of the General Overseer, Mrs. Oluwagbemisola Adeneye-Marcus and her daughter, Adedotun Marcus.
