The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu a.k.a Dullar has added to his substantial list of road projects done over the years as the Council Lead.
While still relishing the moment of his consistent discharge of responsibilities, which further substantiated why the mandate entrusted with him by the good people of Somolu is in safe hands, he resurfaced Awe Crescent road in the Onipanu (Ward A) booming business realm.
Taking an instant flash-back to last week, same month, he handed over the completed roads of Elediye and Sunday Street to the community, where he was quoted to have said “We are driven by intense concentration and determination to give our people nothing but the best. It’s an obligation that we must fulfill, as development is an endless process for far-reaching purposes and more is underway”.
On top of that, the Chairman who is arguably the most awarded Local Government Chairman in the whole of the Nation right now bagged a prestigious honour tagged ‘A Performer per-Excellence’ from the Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Lagos State Chapter.
The theatre group who has undoubtedly produced more Nollywood Star Actors and Actresses across the country saw four of their icons do the done thing by presenting the Award Plaque to Council Chairman, in recognition of his contribution and upliftment to the movie industry.
In his response to the quartet representatives, he disclosed his keen desire to have identified with talents who often use their skills to help relieve people off stress as consumed through frequent work duties. He then urged them to always ensure they give home viewers a tremendous sense of moral, thoughtful, and positive life-changing content before final production.
