Baba-Oba, Aroworade assure Hon. AbdulHamed, Folarin of a clean sweep of votes in Ijebutedo (Ward C)

One of the Somolu Apex leaders and Baba-Oba to the council boss and Somolu House of Assembly member, Hon. Rotimi Olowo, Hon. Alhaji F. O. Bakare has assured the party flag bearer in the coming local government chairmanship and councillorship election, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’ and Olubiyi Folarin ‘Coded’ of a clean sweep of the overall votes of their constituency, respectively.

According to Baba-Oba, who spoke to Somolu News Online recently shortly after one of their stakeholders’ meetings, described Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu as a democratic leader whose antecedent, accountability, and incredible performance has earned him various accolades in and outside his domain will undoubtedly come out with resounding success as he promised to do everything humanly possible to mobilize electorates to cast their votes for him and the councillorship candidate, Hon. Folarin.

“The popular candidate has to emerge, and that has been the system of All Progressive Congress (APC) and by the grace of God, they’ll emerge the winners Insha Allah. Ever since I have become a politician and one of the decision-makers in Somolu and my constituency respectively, I have never failed to deliver as expected, and this will not be an exception. And the same thing will repeat itself this time around” he claimed.

In the same vein, a member of Somolu All Progressive Congress (APC) and ardent supporters of the incumbent council chairman, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’, Mr. Sikiru Aroworade also assured Hon. Salawu Dullar and the councillorship candidate from Ijebutedo (Ward C) area of the council, Hon. Olubiyi Folarin of massive votes that’ll be metamorphosed into success at the poll come July 24th, 2021.

He also revealed that Olubiyi Folarin, popularly known as ‘Coded’ is a political and credible candidate that’s very influential who commands respect among the youth and the elders both in and outside his ward, respectively.

“I have no doubt in my mind that the duo are credible and sellable candidates with exemplary leadership traits that’ll equally pave way for them when the election begins in earnest”. He stated.

Aroworade, however, commended the way and manner in which the chairman and his supporters contained the protest after the primary despite provocations from the opposition while he prayed for hitch-free local government election before, during, and after.
