AbdulHamed Salawu is a true democrat and worthy chairman, I’m proud of him-Demola Shoga

One of the All Progressive Congress (APC) stalwarts in Somolu, Apex leader, Demola Shoga, has described the Executive Chairman of Somolu local government, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’ as a worthy political leader and chairman who in many ways has exhibited the confidence reposed in him.

The APC stalwart while speaking to Somolu Newspaper gave the commendation at his residence during a courtesy where he emphasised the various empowerment programmes targeted at the poor and restored hope to the hopeless, put smiles on the faces of many vulnerable citizens of the community.

”Hon. Dullar’s welfare programme for the elderly and vulnerables are the complete definition of a young man with a large heart, am indeed proud of him”. Leader Shoga said.

He stressed further, “Aside from empowerment, he has initiated several drainages and road constructions across the 8 wards which are quite commendable. To me, he’s the best chairman who had touched every part of human endeavour in the community”.

The APC chieftain in his remarks said, Hon. Dullar is a politician with the wisdom of an elder and as the No.1 citizen of the community, he initiated a series of programmes and empowered a lot of unemployed youths and idle women. He lifted many vulnerables citizens of the community above the poverty level.
