NFF’s Eguaoje bags US Soccer Federation Coach Educator badge

The Head of Coaching Education of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Dr Terry Eguaoje, has earned a new soccer badge with the US Soccer Federation to teach the BLicense course. This achievement marks a milestone in Dr Eguaoje‘s efforts to revamp coaching education in Nigeria.

Since joining the NFF, Dr Terry has worked tirelessly to improve coaching standards, facilitating CAF courses and organising various coaching programs, including the first-ever all-women CAF C course and B course in Nigeria. The country is also set to be readmitted to the CAF Convention A, enabling it to host an ALicense course in a few months’ time.

Eguaoje expressed gratitude for the support received so far and pledged to continue enhancing Nigerian coaches’ reputation.

“This is a new challenge to do more,” he said. “Every opportunity has its own demand.”

Dr Terry Eguaoje holds several coaching badges, including UEFA A, UEFA B, US Soccer A, Goalkeeping, Futsal, and Director of Coaching Diplomas, amongst others.
