The Aruna family once again brought pride to their supporters and clubs as their young stars delivered outstanding performances at the II Centennial Physics Tournament of Torres Vedras, held over the weekend, recording impressive results across different age categories.

The two-day tournament, which attracted talented young players from various clubs and regions, showcased high-level competition, skill, and sportsmanship, with members of Team Aruna, Team Joola, and Team Sporting standing out prominently.

On Saturday, the Aruna siblings announced their presence emphatically. Mariam Aruna, competing in the Under-15 category, emerged in first position, displaying remarkable composure, tactical awareness, and dominance throughout her matches.

In the Under-11 category, Aruna Quadri Junior also clinched First Position, confirming his status as one of the most promising young talents at the tournament.

Amira Daniela Aruna, also competing in the Under-11 category, put up a spirited performance to finish in 4th position, narrowly missing the podium but earning commendation for her resilience and determination.
