In a remarkable display of generosity and community spirit, Hon. Abiodun Abimbola Orekoya representing Somolu Constituency I at Lagos State House of Assembly recently hosted a massive Ramadan Iftar for residents of his constituency, bringing together people from different wards to share in the blessings of the holy month of Ramadan.
The well-attended event, held at his Oluwalogbon constituency Office, saw hundreds of residents, religious leaders, political stakeholders, and community elders gather to break their fast in a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
The initiative was aimed at fostering unity, strengthening community bonds, and providing support to the less privileged during the sacred month of Ramadan.
In his address, Hon. Orekoya emphasized the importance of togetherness, charity, and the values of Ramadan.
