It was an electrifying and fantastic birthday celebration as friends, family, political associates, businessmen and women stormed the residence of the celebrant, Hon. Williams Bamidele Lawson in his honour with former Somolu council Administrator beaming with smiles as he exchanges pleasantries with his guests.
“Oosha” as fondly called by his admirer is one of the notable political figures in Somolu community who enjoyed the love and encomiums showered on him on social media showed that he’s well-loved and appreciated by his families, friends, and political associates.
While friends as well as business colleagues ‘flooded’ Hon. Willy’s social media accounts with praise and encomium, political and religious leaders showered him with prayers as he added another year.
The former Somolu Administrator is one man who seems to have mastered the art of grassroots politicking. A pointer to this effect is the show of love he usually gets whenever he attends political functions in and out of his constituency. Some of his followers have noted that despite the heights he has attained in his political career, he has never been distant from his constituents.
