Somolu Newspaper Publisher condoles with Alabi over Oyasodun’s death

The Publisher of Somolu Community Newspaper, Sheriff Owolabi Bada has condoled with Bariga LCDA chairman, Hon. David Kolade Alabi over the death of Bariga LCDA All Progressive Congress LGA chairman, Revd Timothy Oyasodun who died on 26th December 2020.

Sheriff’s condolence message is contained in a statement by his aide, Philip Areola, in Lagos on Saturday.

The Publisher said that “with the passing of Revd Timothy Oyasodun, we lost one of our intelligent, finest political leaders and mobilizers in the Somolu/Bariga community whose contributions to political, peace and unity cannot be forgotten even after his demise”.

He said that late Oyasodun was ”a man of impressive character whose humility and simplicity rank among his greatest virtues”.

Sheriff, however, extended his condolences to the Oyasodun’s family, Bariga LCDA All Progressive Congress family not leaving out friends and associates home and abroad.

”May the Lord in His infinite mercy forgive his shortcomings and reward his good deeds with warmth welcome, amin,” Sheriff prayed.

Until his death, he was the immediate past APC LGA Chairman of Bariga LGA and the newly sworn-in Caretaker Chairman for Bariga LGA. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
