It was a wonderful and memorable birthday bash to behold as the creme-de-la-creme of the society stormed Primary Healthcare Hall, Abule-Ijesha in Yaba LCDA of Lagos to celebrate one of the gospel musicians, Pastor Mrs Ayobami Mojisolaoluwa (a.k.a Faduraponmile) who clocked 50 years on Saturday 9th, 2020
The CEO of Esther foundation who was full of life beaming with a smile was delighted to see family, friends and well-wishers coming to celebrate God’s mercy in her life revealed that she would always be grateful to God for keeping her till this moment.
“I’m indeed grateful to God for His mercy and I bless His name for His guidance and protection over me and my family”.
“I was to have died 19 years ago but God brought back to life and filled me hope that He’s taking me to places and today it’s a great testimony that God is truly merciful”.
“For me, it’s a marvellous celebrating my 50th birthday anniversary today. It’s indeed worth celebrating and I can’t thank God enough for His blessing and mercy”. said the University of Lagos Masscom graduate.
The event which was held under Lagos state government strict COVID-19 guidelines saw friends and associates describing her as enigmatic and respectful personality who doesn’t like seeing people in a sober mood.
Pastor (Mrs.) Omolara Adegbenro, one of the bosom friends epitomized Pastor (Mrs.) Mojisolaoluwa as a good and reliable friend she trusts right from their childhood, the main reason why they are still together till date. She’s truly a confidant because there’s no secret I cannot share with her.
“She’s a kind-hearted and respectful sister and neighbour who doesn’t like anyone to suffer. She would come to my house with a lot of food items. Not only that, after giving food, she’ll also pray for me and my family. In fact, she’s a God sent to me because with her around, I’m always comfortable’. said a neighbour
The popular gospel artiste, Bukola Bekes in her testimony described Faduraponmile as an embodiment of love and good character who place a premium on humility at any given time. “She abhors malicious feelings and anger. She prefers to make people around her comfortable rather than the other way round. Ever since I have known her, she’s been a source of joy to me”. she noted
However, Faduraponmile is set to launch her newly released album tagged “Appreciation” in the next couples of months where top gospel music icons and notable personalities will make the honour list thereby making the event a memorable one.
According to the Kwara-born musical act who revealed to Somolu Newspaper that the album promises to be a hit as she has crossed all the t’s and dotted all the i’s for it to be accepted and ranked among the best and as well serve its purpose in the Christendom.
Faduraponmile, as fondly called by her followers according to reports, started singing way back in the late eighties right from the choir and has been striving hard to make positive impact ministering the gospel of God to the society winning souls”.
“I see singing as a call to serve God and as well explore my God-given talent just like everyone else and I’m delighted I’ve been able to discover myself in what I’m good at which is preaching the gospel and solving problems and using my song to win souls”. she stated
