In a congratulatory message issued on Saturday, Hon. Owolabi-Bada described Princess Bada as a dependable political Amazon whose commitment to public service, grassroots development and women empowerment has continued to inspire many across Lagos State.
According to her, Princess Bada’s first year in office has been marked by purposeful leadership, compassion and an unwavering dedication to improving the welfare of residents through people-oriented programmes and initiatives.
She commended the Yeyesewa of Ilara Kingdom for her remarkable contributions to community development, youth empowerment, healthcare advocacy, education support and the promotion of women’s participation in governance, noting that her leadership style reflects humility, accessibility and a genuine passion for serving humanity.
“Princess Samiat Bada has demonstrated exceptional leadership and political maturity within just one year in office. She has remained focused on delivering meaningful dividends of democracy to the people while maintaining a close relationship with the grassroots. She is indeed a dependable political Amazon whose impact continues to resonate across communities,” she stated.
Hon. Maryam Bada further praised the Mayoress for complementing the developmental vision of the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA through strategic interventions and community-based programmes aimed at improving the quality of life of residents.
