One of the Lagos Hoteliers, and the CSO to the Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu, Ademola Ogunade lost his father, Hon. Pa. Kehinde Ogunade in the early morning of Wednesday 15th November 2023 who passed away at the ripe age of 88.
According to Demola who announced the demise of the octogenarian to Somolu Newspaper said his father lived a fulfilled and exemplary life describing him as a dedicated and committed family man and political leader of high esteem.
“Sincerely, my father was a dedicated and committed family man and political leader of high esteem. His death is a colossal loss to us. He’s a complete gentleman and exemplary leader in the political arena whose contributions to the development of Somolu cannot be underestimated”.
“He’s a trusted Christian, father, and husband who cares much about his family and people around him and will never look down on anyone be it young or old, the reason why he’s loved by everyone. No doubt about the fact that he will surely be missed by the family and his political associates”. He stated.
During his active year as a businessman, he established a hospitality business; Central Hotel which is ranked as one of the much sort after hotels in Somolu, Lagos
Until his death, Hon. Pa Kehinde Ogunade was the principal actor of the Ogunade political dynasty and a former Federal councillor under Mushin District who had in no small measures contributed to the political landscape as well as socio-economic development of Somolu in its entirety right from the second republic.
The Ijebu-Okun-Owa born political leader and businessman is survived by wife, children, and grandchildren.
