Preparation for the final burial outing of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ojo Ganiu Olayiwola and Ganiu Adedoyin has commenced in earnest as the daughter of the deceased and All Progressive Congress (APC) Ward C chairman, Hon. Yinka Oladipupo has put everything in order ahead of the outing scheduled to take place at Education Authority, Old Dockyard, Mushin, Lagos.
According to Hon. Oladipupo who said her aged parents were not only caring but loving parents who lived exemplary, fulfilled lives and deserve to be celebrated amidst pomp and pageantry. She went further, “I’m so happy that my parents lived a fulfilled and exemplary life. They were truly father and mother in a million who care about people around them apart from their children not minding their tribe or colour”.
“And it’s a known fact that It will be the joy of every responsible children who cares for their parents while alive to bury and celebrate their passing moderately and not the other way round that’ll bring unending shame and disgrace to the family”.
“No doubt about the fact that we’re going to miss them dearly and our prayer is for God in His infinite mercy to grant them eternal rest and forgive their shortcomings”. She concluded.
Meanwhile, the final outing ceremony slated for Saturday, October 7th, 2023 is expected to have in attendance, family members, top political icons, government functionaries, and well-wishers with lots of sumptuous meals and drinks for the guests with a promise to make the event an exciting and memorable one.
