Former Central Hotel Manager, Demola Ogunade sets to build a magnificent hotel in Somolu

It was a big relief for Somolu big guy and former Somolu Central hotel manager, Ademola Ogunade as he is set to build a magnificent hotel in Somolu which he said will be one of the best around with state-of-art equipment.
The dark in complexion Chief Security Officer (CSO) to Somolu local government Chairman, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’ was reported to have been thrown out of the family hotel business a few months ago owing to a brouhaha that erupted between him and his brothers which led to his being disengaged and the building mortgaged.

Speaking to Somolu News recently, Demo as popularly called by his admirers said he will leave no stone unturned to ensure that the old and new far and near guests enjoy the best of hospitality needed at every point in time coupled with the fact that the new edifice is in a serene environment.

He continued, ‘There’s no gainsaying considering my three decades of experience in the hospitality business, I will never be found wanting putting a smile on the faces of my guests. Don’t forget I was born and raised in the business and as such will do everything necessary to maintain and sustain the status-quo”.

With his mission to provide top-class services in a peaceful, secured, and serene environment,
the Ijebu born hotelier further revealed that the 20 luxury rooms hotel will have a VIP bar and robust security apparatus put in place to forestall unnecessary and avoidable security issues which have been the major issue faced by some hotels in recent times.

However, the new hotel owner boasted that the multi-million naira edifice will compete favourably with some of the top-class hotels in town when completed in a few months’ time with the construction of the new hotel in top gear.
