The Executive Chairman of Somolu local government, Hon. AbdulHamed Salawu ‘Dullar’ and his counterpart from Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Bolanle Bada have thumbed up the Number one citizen of Lagos state, His Excellency, Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the 4th edition of BOSKOH HMI Medical Jigi-Bola relaunch initiated in their respective local governments in the last few days.
According to a statement from the Somolu helmsman ‘Dullar’, who described the health mission initiative as the right step in the right direction noting that such gesture will go a long way in giving his people the opportunity of rejigging their health status free of charge as expected of a good and responsible government.
He went further, “This initiative, no doubt will rekindle the hope people have in APC administration and I want to specially thank our working and amiable governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for this wonderful Health project as we’ll continue to count on the state government for more of such supports in the near future”. the council boss stated.
In the same vein, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri, Princess Samiat Bolanle Bada, the Yeye Shewa of Ilara Kingdom, Epe eulogized the governor of Lagos state, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu for deeming it fit in ensuring the people of Ikosi-Isheri benefitted from the 4th edition of BOSKOH HMI Medical Jigi-Bola relaunch.
She adds, “I’m so happy that the health Mission International project landed in my community where my constituents benefitted from dividends of democracy. It’s indeed a lofty one for me, wonderful people of Ikosi-Isheri and we’ll always be grateful for this laudable health project”.
The 2021 Somolu Amazon of the Year award winner described the gesture as one of the best government initiatives the Ikosi-Isheri community will benefit from in the last couple of years while praying to God to strengthen the working governor to be able to serve his people diligently.
In her closing remarks, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri urged her people to revalidate their PVC and as well come out en-mass to vote for All Progressive Congress (APC) candidates come 2023 general elections.
