JAMB Sponsorship: Prince Adesina distributes 500 JAMB forms to students of Ijebu North LG, sponsors students for CBT training

No fewer than 500 Students from Ago Iwoye, Oru/Awa/Ilaporu of the Ijebu North ll State Constituency in Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State have benefited from the 2021 free UTME JAMB FORMS maiden edition of the “Feelingcool Educational Development Programme”.

Prince Adewale Adesina popularly known as Feelingcool is the Chairman of the Feelingcool Grassroot Foundation. He has put machinery in motion to distribute 500 free JAMB forms to students in his constituency. The students, drawn from the 5 different wards of Ijebu North ll State Constituency have received free JAMB UTME 2021 forms and free CBT training to help them in their educational pursuit.

Hon. Prince Olusola Yekeen Jaiyeola, Transition Chairman, Ijebu North Local Government speaking during the orientation ceremony held on Friday, 23rd of April 2021 at his foundation office in Fibigbade Street, Ago Iwoye, commended the initiator for the initiative.

However, the Transition Chairman appreciated the initiator of the program, Prince Adesina for following the path of the educational program of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR. The Council Chairman recall that yesterday, The Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, on Thursday, splashed a two-bedroom bungalow and a sum of N2m on Oladimeji Sotunde, an indigene of the state who emerged as the 2020 Overall Best Graduating Student of the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos.

Hon. Jaiyeola said, the Governor equally announced that his administration would set an Education Endowment Fund with seed money of N5m, in honour of Faith Odunsi, a student of the Ambassadors College, Ota, who emerged winner in the Global Open Mathematics Tournament.

The council boss in his remarks encouraged the founder of the foundation to do more of such an educational program. He implored the students to be committed, focus, and get rid of distractions so they can achieve success in the end.

In his own speech, the Ijebu North Local Government APC Chairman, Hon. Prince Mosunmola Oladipo stressed the fact that education provides stability in life, and it’s something that no one can ever take away from you. By being well-educated and holding a degree, you increase your chances for better career opportunities and open up new doors for yourself. The party Chairman believes that Ago Iwoye, Oru, Awa, Ilaporu areas will be better when its youths are well educated.

The Director of Media and Publicity, Feelingcool Grassroot Foundation (FGF), Comrade Akeem Temitope Akilo, a foremost unionist, human rights activist and grassroots politician advised the students to be confident.

Akilo said, “Being self-confident is a major part of being successful in life. And what better way to gain that confidence than with an education? Your level of education is often considered a way to prove your knowledge, and it can give you the confidence to express your opinions and speak your mind.

The beneficiaries in their response thanked the founder of Feelingcool Grassroot Foundation, Prince Adewale Adesina for the kind gesture. They prayed that may the Almighty God continue to bless and protect him forever. May all that he has dreamt and desired come true.
