Owo attack: Tinubu hits Ondo, donates N75m

The National leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu made the donation on Monday at the Palace of Olowo of Owo, Oba Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III.

Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, who was with Tinubu at the palace, announced the donation.

Akeredolu said Tinubu donated N50 million for the treatment of victims of the attack and N25 million to the church.

He thanked Tinubu for pausing his presidential campaign activities less than 24 hours before the APC convention.

The governor promised to bring the terrorists down.

Speaking at the palace Tinubu noted that South West had never witnessed an attack of such magnitude.

He described the attack as horrendous.
