The Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, MNIM, joined Senator Ganiu Olanrewaju Solomon (Member, Lagos GAC) and Hon. Abisola Olusanya, Lagos State Commissioner for Agriculture, at the Declaration of Intent by Dr Seriki Muritala Ishola (DSM) for the Lagos State House of Assembly, Kosofe Constituency II.
The well-attended gathering featured the Ikosi-Isheri LCDA Executive Council led by Vice Chairman, Hon. Olayinka Ogunleye; legislators led by Hon. Ismaila Onikosi; APC LGA Chairmen in both Agboyi-Ketu and Ikosi-Isheri LCDAs; Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) to the Governor of Lagos State; and party leaders across both councils.
Also in attendance were HRM Oba Samuel Alamu Kehinde, the Onikosi of Ikosi Kosofe Land; HRM Oba Jamiu Lawal Aileru I; HRM Oba Babatunde Adelana of Mile 12; alongside other revered royal fathers. The Iyaloja General of Ikosi-Isheri (ably represented), APC youth leaders from the 57 LG/LCDAs, and representatives of key community groups, including Alhaji Dandama, Alhaji Sampan, Alhaji Akeem Osho, and Alhaji Mukaila Adisa, leaders of the Christian and Muslim faithful, LASCOTA, CDC, Okada and Marwa associations, Ndi Igbo and Arewa groups, ASLAT, as well as NYCN representatives from both Ikosi-Isheri and Agboyi-Ketu LCDAs were also in attendance—reflecting a strong and united front of support.
