JUST IN: Ex-President, Obasanjo’s House Gutted By Fire In Abeokuta

A building belonging to former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, situated at the Ita-Eko area of Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, has been consumed by fire.

It was reported that the fire, which started at about 10 pm on Wednesday, was caused by a power surge.

The incident was also confirmed by the Ogun State Director of Fire Service, Fatai Adefala.

He, however, said the fire had been put out.
